Username will always be the name of your email address before the @ symbol. To reset your password click the Forgot Password link at bottom of gray box. If the specified User account is found and changing of the password is allowed, an e-mail with a new password will be sent to your e-mail address.
NOTE: Will not receive an e-mail if the account is using the Pratt Domain for password management. Only sales reps will use the forgot password functionality.
